About Us

Learn more about Ireland’s first emergency services roleplay community

Irish Emergency Services RPC is a GTA V role playing community based off of An Garda Siochana and Ireland’s Emergency Services, focusing on Cork, Limerick and Dublin. We were founded on the 18th of December 2016 by our Founder Patrick Hogan and Co-Founder Jack Jordan.

We are dedicated to providing our fans and members with an opportunity to realistically experience the role of the Irish Emergency Services from the comfort of their own home. If you’re interested in joining one of the services or you just want to join to see what it is all about we are here to give you the best insight.

Exclusive vehicle models, character models and training make us the most realistic around. We offer a role-play experience in Garda, Ambulance and Fire Services and other emergency services roles along with Criminal roles. If you cannot play in GTA V right now don’t worry, you can join our out-of-game Control Team who are equipped with the latest technology.

Our senior management team is the main leadership body of the community and all major decisions regarding operations, recruitment and wider vision run through it. It is comprised with a number of individuals with contrasting skillsets, including some members of the emergency and voluntary services.

We have four main Garda divisions: The Regular (Response), Roads Policing (previously known as the Traffic Corps), Regional Support Unit (Firearms) and the Drugs and Organised Crime Unit. In addition to this, we also have stations of the Fire Brigades and National Ambulance Service dotted across our map.

Below is a brief summary of the work of each of our teams. More information on these teams is available here .

The Regular Unit deal with 999 calls and conducts criminal investigations. They also work in community policing to ensure the safety of the communities of Ireland.

Roads Policing Unit use the national roads policing strategy which comprises of four strands for casualty reduction, reducing anti-social use of the roads, denying criminals the use of the roads and public reassurance by high visibility patrolling of the road network. A sub-unit of the Roads Policing Unit is the Forensic Collision which exists to manage the follow-up investigations into all fatal and very serious collisions on Ireland’s road network.

An Armed Garda Regional Support Unit may be called out to support local Garda officers in certain high-risk operations. This primarily involves offering armed assistance to otherwise unarmed Gardaí who are dealing with an incident in which firearms or other weapons (knives, etc.) have been produced. They also work on confronting and disarming persons who are carrying knives or guns, saving a person’s life through use of a defibrillator which they carry and are qualified to use, provide tactical support to other gardaí carrying out searches, carrying out high visibility static & rolling checkpoints and other operations to counteract the movements of criminals and overt armed airport & port patrols to counter terrorist attacks and so much more.

The Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau (GNDOCB) is a specialist agency that investigates domestic and international drug trafficking. Its remit also includes strategically reducing the demand for drugs in conjunction with other government agencies.

Our Fire Brigades and Rescue Services (Cork City + Cork County, Limerick and Dublin) provide a fire and rescue capability for their designated areas. They respond to all varieties of calls; from people trapped in cars to full building blazes. They have a fleet of appliances and officers cars to help them complete thier crucial role in keeping people safe.

The National Ambulance Service is the statutory pre-hospital emergency and intermediate care provider for the country. Our in-game fleet comprises of emergency ambulances, intermediate care vehicles, critical care ambulances, officer response vehicles, radpid response vehicles and so much more! Our training is second to none and the most realistic around.

NOTE: Emergency medical and pre-hospital services for the Dublin region are completed by the Dublin Fire Brigade and this is replicated in our Dublin server.
